to join the North America Sales team. This critical role will help advance the brand within our retail landscape to drive sales, awareness, and ranking. With a deep knowledge of the beauty retail environment, you'll support the retail marketing initiatives and build localized plans across North America with the goal of solidifying Biossance as a results-driven, forward-thinking, purpose-led brand. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented creative thinker who is passionate about developing ambitious action plans to drive brand relevance while propelling the business forward. This role will report to the Director of Sales, North America. As a Retail Marketing Manager, you'll: Spearhead proactive and reactive pitching opportunities with retailers for consistent exposure across all retailer channels. Manage retail briefing with the internal cross-functional teams across retailer co-op campaigns and PDP assets, manage timelines and internal approval process including asset hand-off. Manage retailer sampling programs: forecasting, inputting in retailer portals, managing PO fulfillment start to finish, budget management. Measure and report on performance success for co-op campaigns and KPIs that show retail effectiveness while informing enhanced strategy and optimized programs. Oversee new product setup and new account setup forms for all global retailers adhering to Sephora timelines. Consistently monitor the competitive retail landscape and best practices to stay ahead of in-store trends. Manage retailer Dropbox to ensure existing product images/visuals/PDP videos/alts are up to date with new imagery for all products. Provide post-meeting summaries to internal and external partners, following up on actions needed to ensure all deliverables are met in a timely manner. Oversee comp collection and organization: ordering comps, organizing comps, and shipping them when requested for retailers/partners. Partner with Sales teams on key brand meetings including scheduling invites, set up needs, food requirements, gratis and/or supply ordering. Initiate and manage the creation of all outward-facing retail presentations including Market Week, launches, gratis, and product assortment with the goal of effectively maintaining merchant/sales/marketing relationships. Partner with Sales team on seasonal VM graphic proofing for multiple countries and multiple currencies. Support the Sales team with ad hoc reporting needs, saving weekly and monthly retail reports for Sephora NA, Kohls, Amazon, and International. Perform general administrative duties for global sales team as needed. QA retailer partner sites weekly providing updates on planned support launches, OOS issues, R&R’s, and any areas of opportunity. Own registration master file by country on all new products associated with NPF forms and communicate status on each new launch. What skills & experience do I need for this role? 5+ years experience in retail marketing, sales, consumer brands or operations experience preferably in beauty and/or retail. Experience with Sephora is required. Self-starter and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Project management, planning, and organizational skills are essential. A proven track record within the retail landscape in successfully launching new products and executing creative marketing plans. Possess the ability to think big and adapt to shifting retail demands to deliver continued value. Exceptional analytical skills and financial acumen. Must possess and demonstrate attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects and priorities. Deep knowledge on current marketing trends, media industry news, and retail innovation. Highly organized with ability to project manage and execute large campaigns/projects from start to finish. Strong presentation, written and interpersonal communication skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft programs – Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrates ability to handle complex projects while working in a cross-functional team environment. What's in it for me?
