UI DesignerLexington, MA 02421SUMMARY:We are seeking a talented and creative UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. You will work closely with UX designers, strategists, developers, & account/ project management, to create visually engaging designs that improve user experience and meet business goalsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, strategists, and developers, to create user-centered designsDesign responsive user interfaces for web, mobile, and desktop applicationsCreate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design conceptsTranslate user research and business requirements into visually appealing and functional designsEnsure consistency of visual elements and contribute to the development of a design systemOptimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsivenessStay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edgeConduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designsQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar roleStrong portfolio showcasing UI design skills across various platformsProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similarKnowledge of responsive and adaptive design principlesUnderstanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) and how designs translate into code (a plus)Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)Experience working in agile or iterative development environmentsWe are an equal opportunity employer, and we are an organization that values diversity.
