UX DesignerLexington, MA 02421SUMMARY:We are looking for a talented and passionate UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, conducting research, and crafting intuitive, engaging, and efficient digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategists, developers, account/ project management, and other designers, to ensure the delivery of seamless user journeys across all platformsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gain insights into user behavior, pain points, and preferencesWireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that demonstrate intuitive and effective interaction designsInformation Architecture: Develop and structure the content and navigation of the product to enhance user experienceUsability Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing sessions to identify and solve potential usability issuesCollaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and visual designers to ensure designs are implemented to meet user needs and product requirementsIteration: Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and usability testing results to continuously improve the productDesign Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all product touchpointsUI/Visual Design: Collaborate with UI designers to ensure that UX strategies are visually cohesive and aligned with brand guidelinesAccessibility: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and offer an inclusive experience for all usersQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience)2+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web, mobile, or other digital platformsProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similarStrong portfolio showcasing UX design work, including user research, wireframes, and prototypesExperience with usability testing and user research methodsUnderstanding of responsive design and accessibility standardsKnowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plusExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration skillsPreferred Skills:Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience working on cross-platform digital products (web, mobile, tablet)Experience in data-driven design and analyticsPassion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest UX trends and toolsWe are an equal opportunity employer, and we are an organization that values diversity.
