Scrum Lead will lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesCollaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure clear understanding of project goals and requirementsCoach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and principlesRemove impediments and obstacles that may hinder the team's progressAs a Scrum Lead, you will track and report on key metrics to monitor team performance and project progressFoster a collaborative and transparent team environmentEnsure alignment with the overall project roadmap and organizational goalsREQUIREMENTS:Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification5+ years of experience in a Scrum Lead or Scrum Master roleProven experience in the media and entertainment industryThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of leading Scrum teams within the media and entertainment sectorExperience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similarKnowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principlesFamiliarity with media production workflows and technologiesExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
