Our growing and dynamic agency is now looking for an Associate Creative Director to join our Digital team, where they will lead digital campaign executions for a diverse range of projects. They will play a key role in applying BMF's standards of creative excellence to every project, delivering innovative content to our clients across all channels.

As an Associate Creative Director at BMF, you will lead the development of digital and social content for global projects. This client-facing role focuses on driving creative development and content production for a diverse range of digital campaigns across our international client base. We seek an experienced creative leader with outstanding collaboration skills, who is passionate about creating high-impact multimedia content that sparks meaningful social conversations.

Responsibilities

Creative development

Collaborate with members of the Digital Creative team, including all staff and freelancers, from copywriters to designers to producersLead the ideation and execution of innovative digital campaigns for global projects, under the guidance of the Creative Director, DigitalContribute to the planning and execution of always-on social campaigns by identifying and leveraging clients' milestone events, curating images, and providing design direction as neededSupport our in-house Strategy team by ideating campaign wrappers, outlining repeatable formats, and illustrating different content executions as-neededContribute to the development of brand and social media playbooksDemonstrate a social-first mindset, keeping trends, best-practices, and strategic content pillars top-of-mindProduction

Provide vendor recommendations on a project-by-project basisCraft and implement digital art direction on high-impact accountsGuide the production of global content shoots, ensuring that talent, vendors, and locations are secured in a timely manner, within budgetOversee global content shoots on-set as neededProvide editorial support and oversight around live-event captureDrive storyboard development and oversee the post-production of global video content, with an eye towards cultural nuances and language translationsOversee the post-production of static and UCG assets as-neededAgency stewardship

Contribute to agency-wide brainstorms and RFP responsesUphold BMF's standards for creative excellence throughout every campaign you touch, with support and oversight from the Creative Director, DigitalConsistently update internal stakeholders on project status, ensuring transparency and demonstrating strong agency stewardship at all timesRequirements

You must have:

5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced agency setting as a digital-first creativeExperience in end-to-end still/video productionExperience directing digital and creator-led content shootsExperience in the entertainment industry is preferredProven track record of developing high-impact, multimedia digital creative that drives scaled social conversationProven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts in a strong and compelling wayMust possess a clear creative point-of-view, high taste level, and strong creative referencesMust be well-informed when it comes to social trends and best-practicesAbility to flex between high-level strategic thinking and art direction implementationProven track record of delivering innovative work while maintaining high standards of quality and consistencyAn empathetic, patient approach to management as well as a roll-up-your-sleeves, solution-oriented, get-it-done attitudeMac Proficient - including expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, Excel, Google Docs, and Outlook
