We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist with room for growth to join our corporate marketing team. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for graphic design, digital content creation, and social media marketing. In this role you may be required to travel 10% of the time.
Responsibilities:
Create new designs for internal and external marketing materials (print and digital), which may include digital graphics, flyers, brochures, presentations, emails, signage, promotional items, advertisements, and other branded materials
Assist on proposals, creating customized templates and graphics
Help maintain digital assets
Coordinate and manage staff photography
Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Create engaging content for social media posts, including text, image, and video
Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with the team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, graphic design, fine arts, marketing, or related field; OR relevant working experience
1-3 years in a graphic design role with social media experience
Proven experience in social media management and content creation
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage with followers
Experience in photography and videography, with proficiency in editing tools and software
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Valid Driver's License Required
