What you get to do:You’ll help guests turn their wonderful park memories into fun, lasting photographic imagery. We’re looking to you to provide exceptional guest service while answering any questions guests may have about their experience. You will:Greet and interact with guests, answer questions and resolve guest issuesActively approach guests to encourage group or individual photosTake high quality imagesDirect guests on how to view and purchase photosProcess and edit photos using computer softwareSell retail merchandise and photos when assigned, use point of sale system to ring out customer purchasesKeep all assigned areas clean and organizedPerform other duties as assignedWhat it takes to succeed:At least 18 years of ageHigh school diplomaStrong written/verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English.Ability to take quality images with digital cameraAbility to accurately handle cash and learn to use point of sale systemAbility to maintain composure and make quick decisions in stressful situationsStrong multi-tasking abilitiesAbility to work independently with little to no supervisionPrevious guest service and photography experience preferredDSLR camera knowledge a plusAvailability and Hours:During the non-peak season, must have 3 days of unrestricted availability, to include one weekend dayDuring the peak season, must have 4 days of unrestricted availability, to include one weekend dayYou must be able to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidaysHours vary based on business needCompensation:16.85 USD HourlyThe perks of the position: Ambassadors will enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment, and great teammates, as well as:FREE park admissionDiscounts on park admission tickets and passes for family and friendsPark discounts on food, merchandise, etc.Scholarship opportunitiesExclusive employee events and giveaways
