What you get to do:
You'll help guests turn their wonderful park memories into fun, lasting photographic imagery. We're looking to you to provide exceptional guest service while answering any questions guests may have about their experience. You will:
Greet and interact with guests, answer questions and resolve guest issuesActively approach guests to encourage group or individual photosTake high quality imagesDirect guests on how to view and purchase photosProcess and edit photos using computer softwareSell retail merchandise and photos when assignedKeep all assigned areas clean and organizedPerform other duties as assignedWhat it takes to succeed:
At least 16 years of age (some areas may require 18+)High school diploma preferredOutgoing personality with strong English language communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to take quality images with digital cameraAbility to accurately handle cash and learn to use point of sale systemAbility to maintain composure and make quick decisions in stressful situationsStrong multi-tasking abilitiesAbility to work independently with little to no supervisionPrevious guest service and photography experience preferredDSLR camera knowledge a plusThe perks of the position: Ambassadors will enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment, and great teammates, as well as:
