Job Description:Create innovative means to employ traditional marketing media, current web applications and social media to reach out to and engage with the department's clients to promote programs and services.
Minimum Qualifications:Considerable knowledge of effective customer service and problem-resolution techniques when serving diverse internal and external customers. Working knowledge of marketing campaign management. Proficiency with PC based marketing and publishing software such as the Microsoft Office Suite to include Publisher, Adobe Suite, flash based media, multi-media, video, web applications, etc. Demonstrated ability to utilize effective web 2.0 communication techniques and tools. Demonstrated ability to proactively prioritize detail oriented work, make workflow decisions, and manage projects independently.
