The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.We are seeking a highly analytical and results driven Performance Marketing Analyst to join our digital marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Marketing, the Performance Marketing Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day management of B2C prospective student digital marketing campaigns across all channels, as well as identifying opportunities within each campaign to improve results. The Performance Marketing Analyst will be responsible for leading analysis, reporting, and processes related to insights that help drive marketing decision-making and strategy. The role is both data and insights-driven, with a focus on improving Paid Media campaigns and channels through ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate will have direct experience with similar B2C marketing analytics positions.

Key responsibilities:

Develop, monitor and analyze digital marketing strategies to reach prospective online graduate student audiences across major search networks and social platforms such as Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn. Develop insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis and performance data to improve B2C digital campaign performance, audience targeting, and ad creative.

Provide a point of view on marketing performance, optimal spend allocation, actionable insights, and business decisions based on campaign performance.

Provide performance projections and budget recommendations for paid media efforts across various levels of data, including, but not limited to, account, market, campaign and channel.

Collaborate with product team to develop, implement and monitor full-funnel customer analytics across channels.

Implement A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.

Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for key stakeholders and university clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, post mortem analysis and recommendations.

Work closely with other members of the digital marketing team to coordinate cross-channel campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in B2C paid media and marketing analytics

Experience with paid media technology, ad serving platforms, and marketing data systems

Google AdWords Certification preferred

Higher Education strongly preferred

Expertise in reporting on media spend, efficiency, and optimization

Able to translate business objectives into measurable goals and KPIs

Able to translate technical data into a framework and language that university marketing professionals can understand

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities

Extensive experience with data visualization tools, preferred PowerBI experience.

Expert knowledge of web analytics and user behavior analysis (e.g., MS Clarity, Google Analytics, etc.)

Experience analyzing data from a variety of different sources (quantitative and qualitative), and presenting the data in a clear and concise manner

A/B testing experience preferred

Knowledge of education industry specific trends and general marketing best practices, time and project management

Denver region candidates preferred; remote candidates must be willing to travel [2-3 times a year]
