We're currently seeking a Director, Marketing & Admissions, to join our extraordinary team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
Achieve total census, mix, and revenue goals within nursing centers and assisted living communities.
Oversee external and internal referral management strategies.
Collaborate closely with the Clinical Admissions Directors (CADs) for conversion processes.
Serve as a key representative of the center within the community.
Drive business growth through relationship-building and competitive landscape analysis.
Lead and inspire teams to deliver excellence in customer experience processes.

Qualifications:
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a healthcare setting.
Minimum of two (2) years college education in healthcare administration, business management, marketing, or public relations preferred.
Ability to adjust work schedule based on centers' business need, specifically incoming admissions.
