REQUIRED SKILLS: 6+ years of related work exp• Sketch/InVision (shifting from here to Figma)• Figma• Design Systems- creating design systems• Skilled at low, mid, and high fidelity design• Demonstrated ability in gathering and translating requirements from business sponsors, SMEs, users, and business analysts etc.• Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
PREFERRED/BONUS SKILLS:• Knowledge of web accessibility standards• Proven understanding of user-centered design techniques & demonstrated ability to incorporate UCD principles into the architecture and design of user interfaces.• Native experience with mobile app design• Familiarity iOS human design guidelines and Google Material design guidelines• Animation (prototyping)

Role And The Key ResponsibilitiesDay to Day:• Daily stand up• 3 touch points/week to discuss ongoing projects & feedback sessions• Meeting w/product owners and developers depending on what part of the project that they are on at the time
