Role : We are seeking a dynamic and strategic eCommerce and Digital Marketing Director with expertise in Amazon management to lead our online sales and digital marketing efforts. This role is crucial for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement across various online platforms, with a particular focus on optimizing our presence on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in eCommerce management, digital marketing, and Amazon marketplace operations.

This will be a hybrid position out of our Burbank, CA office and will report to our VP of Marketing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a cohesive eCommerce strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals.Create and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales across multiple online channels.eCommerce Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of isclinical.com, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and customer satisfaction.Manage product listings, promotions, pricing strategies, and inventory to maximize sales and profitability.Digital Marketing:

Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Analyze and optimize digital marketing initiatives to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.Amazon Management:

Develop and execute strategies to optimize the company's presence on Amazon, including managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.Oversee the creation and optimization of Amazon product listings, ensuring high-quality images, compelling descriptions, and effective keyword usage.Implement Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, to drive traffic and sales.Monitor and analyze Amazon metrics, such as ACoS, conversion rates, and customer reviews, to optimize performance and address issues.Team Leadership:

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, ensuring team members are aligned with the company's objectives.Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze eCommerce and digital marketing metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on campaign effectiveness, sales trends, and market opportunities.Customer Experience:

Enhance the customer journey through personalized marketing, targeted campaigns, and seamless online shopping experiences.Implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.Partnerships and Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives and platform enhancements.Negotiate contracts and ensure alignment with company goals and budget.Market Research and Trends:

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure the company remains at the forefront of eCommerce and digital marketing innovations.Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences, adapting strategies accordingly.QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA a plus.Proven experience (10+ years) in eCommerce management and digital marketing, with a strong track record of driving online sales growth.Demonstrated expertise in managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns.Experience working with digital ad agencies and managing campaigns for maximum ROAS as track ongoing performance with A/B testing.In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms including Klaviyo or other related CRM platforms.Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, SF commerce cloud)Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools such Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Excellent management, communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Adhering to the requirements of California's law on salary transparency, the salary bracket for this role is set between $160,000.00 and $180,000.00 annually. The offered salary may be adjusted based on various factors such as the applicant's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
