We are a leading mechanical and electrical company based out of Indianapolis with offices across the Midwest and Southeastern US. We provide design on a variety of project types: industrial, commercial, healthcare, and multi-family. We are currently seeking a Mechanical Designer to join our Fishers, IN office. This Mechanical Designer will work on HVAC design projects and occasionally assist with plumbing on projects when needed. This role is directly with the Engineering team, performing design/bid work versus plan/spec, allowing for faster project turnaround. The Mechanical Team produces HVAC and plumbing designs and collaborates closely with the BIM team and the electrical team. Projects include industrial, warehouse (tenant improvement), commercial (higher ed, K-12, hotels, office buildings, etc.), and large food service buildings. Work spans the Midwest primarily, with projects across the US.

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Indianapolis, Indiana and some days remote.
Work Environment
The office is located in Fishers, close to Top Golf, very near downtown Fishers, and right off the highway. It features a standard office space with cubicles and offices. We are highly collaborative, frequently working with other teams (electrical, BIM, Construction management, etc.). The hours are M-F 8AM-5PM with flexibility and remote options.
