Job Title: Mechanical Designer
Job Description
The Mechanical Designer will verify and modify manufacturing facility drawings, equipment layouts, mechanical designs, and perform reverse engineering as needed. Responsibilities also include checking incoming vendor documentation into our system per client standards, and assisting personnel with researching, plotting, and creating new drawings. A minimum of 8 years of mechanical design experience is preferred.
Hard Skills
Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD 2021
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Industrial Manufacturing Experience
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, Navisworks, and Revit
Soft Skills
Excellent organizational skills
Troubleshooting skills
Design and drafting skills
Work Environment
Fully onsite to start, then potential for a hybrid schedule (2-3 days off-site). Some travel involved.
