UX Designer
where you will be working alongside the design and product teams to create engaging customer experiences that drive measurable business impact. This position collaborates with product teams and engineering to be the voice of the user and to define the next generation of our digital presence.Responsibilities:
Collaborating with design, product, and engineering to create brand-defining digital solutionsDeliver high-quality user experiences and user interfaces in line with our customer and business needs across all our products and solutionsDevelop user experience artifacts like personas, scenarios, and user storiesWork with product, engineering, and stakeholders to identify requirementsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-upsUnderstanding critique as an inspiring part of creative development and integrating feedback into design iterationsUnderstanding of accessibility requirements and how to design inclusive experiencesAssisting with front-end development standardsJob Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent work experience2-4 years of experience developing experiences or interactive user interfaces for web applicationsExperience in working with software patterns and working with UX design systemsWorking knowledge of UX/design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe, or similarAn understanding of user-centered design principles, as well as design heuristicsComfortable communicating about project ideas and designs via collaboration tools (Invision and Teams), presentation tools (PowerPoint) as well as live video callsLabcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:As an EOE/AA employer, Labcorp strives for diversity and inclusion in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
