Who we are looking for:
The senior experience design, UI, produces consistent, high-quality craft and has the responsibility and accountability of influencing the visual expression of a product, service or brand through the expectations of its users.
What you’ll do:
Mastery of craft to generate human-centered recommendations and concepts using design thinking methods
Understand client goals and objectives
Support and participate in user testing
Collaborate and help guide XD roles that are assigned to the project team
Collaborate with UX and copywriter to execute design vision
Present deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders
Influence project-level planning and overall design for one or more projects
Who you are:
Can find creative ways to get things done effectively and collaboratively
Continuous learner of technology; promoting it, using it and finding new tools to make us more effective
Ability to distill complex ideas into simple concepts
Strong writing skills, creativity and passion for user-centered design
Ability to develop relationships, and plan and execute with minimal oversight
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously across large cross-discipline agile teams
What you’ll need:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in design, visual communication, human-centered design or related field strongly preferred
A minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience
Experience in user-centered design methods and techniques
Experience in interface design, specifically for mobile, responsive design and platform-based solutions
Digital agency experience and background preferred
Proficient with design tools such as Keynote, Adobe Cloud/marketing tools, Sketch and InVision app for designing and prototyping solutions

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $70,000—$140,000 USD
