This is a key position for polishing existing content and crafting new, engaging pieces for our audience.Job Responsibilities

Proofread and edit emails, blogs, social media posts and other short-form content for grammar, clarity, flow, voice, marketing effectiveness and overall quality.Proofread and edit larger documents such as books, magazines, organizational documents and booklets for grammar, clarity, flow, voice and overall quality.Write compelling content for marketing campaigns, articles, social media posts, and scripts.Adapt and maintain different writing voices and tones as needed for different projects and audiences.Ensure all content follows the company's style guide, theological framework and branding guidelines.Work with writers, designers, and other team members to enhance the clarity and impact of our content.Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improving content quality.Collaborate with other teams to create innovative content ideas.Attend and provide input for relevant creative meetings.Meet deadlines and handle multiple projects at once.Job Qualifications

Follower of Jesus and able to faithfully sign and uphold the MomCo Faith and Values Statement.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or English preferred but not required.Proven experience as an editor, proofreader, copywriter, or similar role.Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.Ability to write with nuance about faith, motherhood, womanhood, leadership and a variety of topics relevant to moms.Proficiency in adapting writing style to different voices and tones.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Positive, upbeat attitude with a servant heart.Strong interpersonal & communication skills.High level of integrity and confidentiality.High level of efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail.Benefits and Pay
