NoYo
Marketing Manager
NoYo, San Francisco, California, United States, 94199
Noyo is the leading benefits infrastructure company, enabling seamless data connectivity across the benefits ecosystem. We believe every person should have access to great benefits that are easy to understand, easy to use, and have them covered when they need it most.
In service of that mission, we provide modern infrastructure to power the next generation of consumer health and benefits experiences. Like Stripe in payments and Plaid in financial services, Noyo makes it possible for developers to embed benefits into any app.
We are a rapidly-growing technology company backed by the best investors in Silicon Valley, and we are building a team of ambitious and creative people looking to change the face of benefits.
As a Marketing Manager at Noyo, you'll be at the heart of our commercial strategy, crafting campaigns that build brand awareness, generate demand, and drive growth. You’ll collaborate closely with subject matter experts across the organization to bring our expertise to life across many different channels and formats, from virtual webinars to case studies and customer stories to product demo videos, executive presentations, and more.
You’ll play a significant role in elevating our content strategy, as well as supporting broader growth initiatives like product launches, demand gen campaigns, and our presence at events – you’re excited to dive into a variety of projects and tactics.
Noyo is a distributed team with employees across the United States. We have an office in San Francisco and are currently giving preference to candidates who are located in the Bay Area. Our in-office days are Tuesday and Wednesday, but we encourage you to visit and collaborate in our San Francisco office outside of these days as well.
Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications. What You'll Be Responsible For:
You will create engaging, high-value content to support core marketing campaigns and channels with the guiding principle of “quality over quantity”. You will develop community-oriented programs aimed at providing value to our audience through thought leadership, product education, and programming at in-person events. You will own and manage the content planning and production process, collaborating with many different stakeholders across the company. You understand our product and the key audiences we support at a deep level. You will collaborate closely with marketing ops to implement campaigns, analyze KPIs, and continually optimize our content strategy and tactics. You will experiment with new content approaches and tools. Help us develop partnerships across the industry that expand our reach and influence.
What Experiences You'll Need:
Minimum of 3 years of experience creating and driving successful, multi-channel content programs for B2B technology and/or SaaS products. A gifted storyteller with a “journalistic” approach. You’re able to quickly get up to speed on the dynamics of a complex industry, and you’re comfortable getting into the weeds of a technical product. Experience working in a startup environment. You’re resourceful, creative, and capable of independently managing projects to completion. Strong understanding of marketing best practices, channels, and tools with an eye toward the future. You’re at the forefront of the content marketing stack. Metrics driven with a test-and-iterate mindset. A keen interest in Noyo’s technology and the industry we serve.
Salary Range: Noyo is committed to advancing pay equity, and pay transparency is one tool in support of that goal. Noyo has a comprehensive total rewards program which includes base salary, equity, benefits, and professional development opportunities. The base salary for this position is $110,000 to $132,000 annually. Consistent with applicable laws, compensation will be determined based on the applicant’s level, relevant skills, qualifications, and experience along with requirements for the position. Noyo is a distributed first team with employees working across the U.S. and we take a location-agnostic approach to compensation. This means that your location will not be a factor in determining your compensation. Please note that it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. Noyo reserves the right to modify this compensation range at any time.
