At RepRally, we’re building the ecosystem for wholesale commerce. RepRally unites brands, sales reps, and distributors into one platform. By creating a central platform, we aim to eliminate barriers associated with traditional wholesale distribution.Responsibilities:This role is pivotal in addressing user-related feedback and design challenges, while also crafting scalable design processes that bolster the efficiency of our product development and ensure high levels of user satisfaction.Lead UI/UX design projects across mobile and web platforms, focusing on creating intuitive and compelling user experiences.Engage in user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure consistent and effective design execution.Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing projects in mobile and web platforms, ideally within tech companies or marketplace platforms.Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns.Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity.Benefits:Healthcare: We pay 99% of your medical, dental, and vision coverage.Unlimited Paid Time Off.Equity: You'll be contributing to the team's success, so you deserve a share in it.Every employee on our team gets an equity allocation.By using our site, you are agreeing to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.
