This role is located in New York, N.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Lead cross-functional collaboration to execute differentiated go-to-market digital, creative and performance marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand message across channels and output.Support paid media strategy and execution, driving effective strategies across paid social, paid search and programmatic media, collaborating closely with agency, creative and solutions marketing partners to lead campaigns from beginning to end.Oversee the development of effective upper, mid and lower funnel creative assets to drive awareness, engagement and leads in line with business objectives.Drive development and adoption of innovative content formats for owned and paid channels, including video, podcasts and audio formats.Lead day-to-day execution and provide strategic input for BNY Wealth social media handles, managing content development, approval processes and documentation to drive client engagement, effective storytelling and community building across channels.Help drive strong engagement and optimizations across BNY Wealth web properties and landing pages, ensuring client and campaign journeys are effectively integrated across all digital touchpoints.Responsible for reporting and analytics of performance marketing channels; analyzes metrics, shares insights and adjusts plans with a focus on continuous improvement.Establish genuine and collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and external partners to align deliverables with strategic objectives and support commercial outcomes.Operate with high urgency; persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles.Work effectively in a highly matrixed organization to increase transparency and solve shared challenges.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelor's degree and a minimum 5-7 years’ marketing experience, preferably in financial services.Strong mix of creative, analytic and strategic skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into compelling digital storytelling.Excellent project management skills with incredible attention to detail.Self-starter, ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated experience managing agency relationships.Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe.Strong verbal, written and overall communications skills.At BNY, our culture speaks for itself. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
