The Client Marketing Manager is responsible for building a prospecting funnel to aid in driving revenue across the existing client base leveraging MSI’s suite of software and services. The Client Marketing Manager will work alongside the Client Account Executive to drive the cross-sell and upsell motion to ensure clients are getting the most utilization of the software and in turn driving revenue for the company.

Compose and send customer emailsManage a library of up-to-date customer success storiesManage annual/biannual/quarterly customer satisfaction surveys to drive change throughout the organizationDevelop a customer lifecycle campaign program and work with Client Account Executive and Client Success Operations to implementCreate special marketing content for account management/customer success to aid in client advocacy and expansion and help eliminate at-risk customersTarget happy customers for upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy opportunitiesProvide product feedback given to the Product Management teamRequirements:

BS/BA degree preferred with emphasis on communications, marketing, and businessTechnical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels (i.e. Pardot, Salesforce, Hubspot), including Customer Relationship Management platforms and marketing automation platformsPrevious Customer Service, Customer Success, or Account Management experience, preferably within a SaaS organizationExperience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacyAbility to write effective copy is a necessity; graphic design capabilities are a plusFamiliarity with B2C marketing, lead generation, and sales processesKnowledge of general Customer Success processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh computer literacy and ability to learn new softwareCompletion of basic MSI training curriculum
