The Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative
Marketing and Media Executive
to manage our brand’s presence across social media and traditional marketing channels. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our company’s visibility, driving growth, and coordinating key promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management: Develop and manage strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement, creating and scheduling content across platformsAdvertising and Promotions: Design and execute campaigns using digital and traditional media, collaborating on promotional activities to drive growthContent Creation: Produce consistent, high-quality content for print and digital platforms, including newsletters, blogs, and marketing materialsMarket Research: Analyse trends, customer needs, and competitors to shape marketing strategiesEvent Coordination: Plan and execute company events, trade shows, and exhibitions, managing logistics and promotionsCommunication: Maintain clear communication with teams and partners, providing updates on marketing activities and performanceAnalytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, preparing reports and suggesting improvements

The ideal candidate:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field3-5 years of marketing/media experience, ideally within the electrical industryProven expertise in social media and traditional advertisingStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in social media tools and marketing softwareExcellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlinesCreative and proactive, with a passion for industry trends and best practices
