As a key member of the marketing organization, you will serve as a strong strategic thought partner and internal leader who excels at healthcare consumer engagement marketing strategy and tactical execution, delivering business outcomes. You’ll be responsible for creating, developing, and implementing strategic engagement plans and campaigns in collaboration with our clients and Client Success team members. You’ll also leverage our integrated marketing automation platform to drive in-product messaging to deepen engagement.Responsibilities:Create engagement strategies and plans to drive healthcare consumer adoption and utilization for Pager Health’s clients.Develop, curate, and manage relationships with client marketing teams to enhance collaboration, gain buy-in, and ensure successful campaign launches.Leverage full capabilities of our integrated marketing automation platform to drive in-product messaging that deepens member engagement with programs.Manage multi-channel campaigns, including paid, earned, and owned, to meet and exceed engagement expectations.Collaborate with teammates cross-functionally, including Client Success, Product, and Marketing, to identify opportunities for growth/continuous improvement.Develop testing strategies to optimize multi-channel marketing tactics for member acquisition (e.g., online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and ensure conversion rate optimization.Create and optimize an engagement playbook that can be socialized among all clients.Build and maintain key healthcare consumer engagement KPIs specific to clients, and proactively track and evaluate results against goals.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (or related field), Master’s Degree preferred.8+ years of B2C/B2B2C engagement marketing experience in roles of progressively increasing responsibility within high-growth health-tech organizations.Deep familiarity with how the US healthcare system operates and the existing engagement practices of payers, self-insured employers, ACOs/providers.4+ years of experience leading and managing a team.Hands-on experience with engagement marketing automation platforms, especially Braze.Entrepreneurial ownership mindset, with proven ability to influence and build advocacy for ideas among team members and senior leaders.A strong client-facing skill set and comfort working in client-facing settings.Passion for understanding healthcare consumer behavior and what moves people to act, along with dedication to ensure a high-quality experience for members.Experience designing multi-channel communications, digital and email campaigns that result in high conversions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.Why Work at Pager Health?At Pager Health, you will work alongside passionate, talented, and mission-driven professionals – people who are building scalable platforms, solving critical enterprise-level challenges in health tech, and providing concierge services to help individuals access the medical care and wellbeing programs they need.You will be encouraged to shape your job, stretch your skills, and drive the company’s future. $180,000

to

$220,000 . The compensation package may include stock options, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
