Director of Advertising and Merchandising General Description of Responsibilities : The Online Advertising Coordinator reports to the Director of Advertising and Merchandising and is responsible for executing on Crossway’s online advertising efforts across Google, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, podcasts, print, and sponsored content. This position also includes tracking budgets and collecting and analyzing campaign performance metrics to make data-informed decisions.Specific Responsibilities :

Execute on Crossway’s pay-per-click (PPC) advertising efforts on various platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.Oversee the day-to-day operations of advertising campaigns, monitoring performance, optimizing campaigns, and providing strategic input for future campaigns.Research and help to execute podcast sponsorship opportunities catered to listener bases that overlap with Crossway’s core audience.Work with the Director of Advertising and Merchandising to strengthen and refine Crossway’s overarching advertising process, helping to develop more robust and transparent systems for planning, executing, and reporting on all campaigns.Aggregate, analyze, and report on performance metrics related to all advertising campaigns, helping to shape Crossway’s advertising strategy with data-informed analysis and insights.Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Advertising and Merchandising.Position Requirements:
