Our partners include Amazon, UPS, USPS, eBay, BigCommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Walmart.Our valuesAbout the roleThe Vice President of Auctane Growth Marketing will be responsible for leading a high performing growth team, including online and offline channels, partner marketing, affiliates direct mail and demand generation for our enterprise businesses. Driving customer acquisition across all of Auctane’s offerings globally. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a high-growth company, responsible for optimizing a meaningful discretionary marketing budget, in a fast-moving dynamic marketplace. This executive will also mentor and motivate managers and individuals in the marketing team to solve complex problems to shape and bring to life innovative growth initiatives through quick experimentation and new technologies and tools, to help lead Auctane to its growth objectives.This is a hybrid role in Austin, Texas (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office).What will you be doing?Design and lead implementation of growth strategy by using paid and owned media channels - both online and offline including TV and Audio advertising - to grow new user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention in a scalable and efficient wayPartner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Operations & Analytics, and Creative teams to execute campaigns and solutions that drive business growthLead rapid experimentation of new channels, campaigns, creative, incentives, and approaches for the purpose of building scalable demand generationLead media efforts across integrated campaigns that span both brand and performance to attract prospects that convert to become customers, optimizing return on advertising spendRecruit and lead a team of skilled growth marketers to drive marketing strategy, campaign ideation, execution, and analysis, continually raising the bar on technical and analytical skillsReport and optimize key findings to the executive team on a recurring basisBe an industry thought leader and take part in shaping the future of growth marketing rolesRaise the bar in best practice implementation at Auctane, serving as a role model for marketers, managers and executives across the organization.What are we looking for?Demonstrated track record at the Vice President level of Performance Marketing and/or Acquisition Marketing, both B2C and B2B, including managing a large budgetShapes planning and execution of multiple, complex marketing programs, integrated campaigns, brand transitions, experimentation, and ROI monitoringExperience managing digital teams in-house to drive resultsDeep analytics background and a high degree of proficiency with data tools with anability to synthesize, analyze and interpret data (including KPI reports) and transfer into actionable stepsExperience in brand media and ability to lead large brand media buys including TV and Audio advertising also highly preferredStrong leadership presence; serves as a senior leader within a company, influential with a diverse group of stakeholders and can create buy-in with both technical and operational teams organizationThrives in a fast-paced growth environmentWhat will make you stand out?Bachelor's Degree required.
