As a Vice President, you will provide the organization with the expertise, development, and practical application of fact-based reporting, analysis, and analytical models to enhance decision-making for both our internal partners and clients. You will support the organization with insights and predictive models to produce improved marketing results and impact. This role represents excellence in Marketing Sciences and leads a team of data architects, data visualization experts, and analysts to support measurement, insights, modeling, and other related analytical work. You will be gifted in the art of telling stories with numbers and represent the agency’s advanced numeracy.You will be an expert in framing and managing performance marketing measurement and provide counsel to the organization and its pharma clients on the development of pharma industry success metrics. You will develop practices that convey market measures and insights to the organization, especially the Planning, Engagement, and Media teams, enabling compelling and measurable multichannel marketing strategies. This role will educate and nurture this capability among the entire Integrated Strategy team and Marketing Intelligence. Apply now!What You’ll DoData Collection and Manipulation:Develop and Present Measurement Models: Oversee the development of measurement models and connect analytics results to actionable business applications.Lead Creation of Performance Plans: Create performance measurement and data collection plans.Integrate and Assess Data: Integrate data from multiple channels and sources for use in a single analysis and accurately assess the quality of data.Data Interpretation & Data-Driven Insights:Develop Dashboards and Reports: Oversee the development of dashboards and standardized reports to provide insight to marketing stakeholders.Create and Maintain KPIs and Models: Lead the creation and maintenance of marketing key performance indicators, ROI models, and predictive models for marketing campaigns.Campaign Optimization: Provide campaign optimization recommendations and influence marketing campaign planning.Tell a Story with Data: Present data with visualizations that support conclusions and insights.Enhance Marketing Mix Models: Lead ongoing enhancements to marketing mix models to increase client marketing ROI.Apply Multi-Touch Attribution Modeling: Oversee the development and application of multi-touch attribution modeling to relevant marketing campaigns.Critical Thinking, Communication & Collaboration:Create Business Requirements:

Oversee creating internal processes and templates to improve the efficiency and quality of Marketing Intelligence deliverables.Business Development: Participate in business development initiatives as needed.Technology Research: Conduct research on new technologies that could be used in the company’s services and operations.Management, Mentorship, and Leadership:Manage Foundational Work: Lead the team with the ability to manage foundational work and provide thought leadership for improving the use of data in marketing practices.Lead MI Team Members: Mentor junior team members as they grow their skills, providing training, mentorship, and leadership as needed.Hire, Coach, and Develop Team Members: Assign projects to balance workloads and challenge team members' skills, ensuring projects showcase the agency's capabilities.Provide Regular Feedback: Offer formal and informal feedback to direct reports to help grow their creative sensibilities and progress in their craft.Perform Team Evaluations: Participate in performance reviews and provide coaching to create growth plans for direct reports as needed.Infuse Psychological Safety: Facilitate participation, inclusion, and diversity of perspectives on your team and throughout the agency.What Makes You A Great FitExperience: 10+ years of marketing analytics experience in a highly data-driven, analytical environment.Leadership: Proven leadership skills in building and leading high-performing organizations.Data Translation: Ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations and business objectives into marketing goals and metrics.Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in econometric and statistical modeling, artificial intelligence, machine learning, logistic regression, predictive modeling, and forecasting.Tools Expertise: High proficiency in as many of the following: Datorama, SAS, SPSS, R, MS Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and Hadoop.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate analytics into content for executive management consumption.Work Ethic: Strong work ethic and organizational skills.Education: MS or Ph.D. in statistics, mathematics, engineering, or economics preferred.At AbelsonTaylor Group (ATG), we love science, art, and data.
