This position will have an immediate impact on both new and tenured FitzMark employees and their contributions to our organizational development.As a Training and Development Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining new and existing training programs and ensuring alignment in content across the organization. You will assist in promoting an active training environment and ensure our employees have the skills and tools to enhance their careers at FitzMark.

Collaborate with the Training Team on the creation, development, and execution of content utilized for new-hire training and continued learning and development initiativesWork closely with Department Heads to develop content relative to training programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and external materialsWork alongside the Marketing Coordinator to develop and produce content for internal and external useAssist in delivering a two-week new-hire training program utilizing corporate content and industry and sales experienceWork collaboratively with the Training Team and all Departments to deliver continued education training sessions periodicallyPresent information using a variety of formats, techniques, and resources to introduce and reinforce content through all learning styles (i.e., role-playing, PowerPoints, group discussions, videos, lectures, quizzes, etc.)Maintain alignment of training content with updates to our proprietary technology and transportation management system (TMS), DASHLeverage knowledge of current events and market trends in the logistics and transportation industry in respect to trainingExperience and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent requiredMinimum of 2 years’ experience in third party logistics (3PL) or transportation requiredMinimum 1 year experience in sales requiredExperience in learning and development preferredExperience operating a Learning Management System (LMS) preferredMust be able to travel overnight up to 35% of the timeMust be able to be in office full-time in our Atlanta, GA locationKnowledge and Skills:

Exemplary written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation skillsExtremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)Knowledge and ability to coach, mentor, and train all different types of adult learnersStrong understanding of the third-party logistics industry and market trendsEmbodiment of FitzMark’s culture in and out of the training roomBenefits and Perks:
