In this role, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, create compelling product narratives and persuasive sales and marketing material, and drive customer engagement for our suite of sustainable investment products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful product launches and sustained market growth.Key Responsibilities:Go-to-Market Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.Market Research:

Conduct market research and engage clients to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.Product Positioning:

Craft clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our products in the market.Content Creation:

In conjunction with the content team, develop a variety of marketing materials including product brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and sales presentations.Campaign Management:

Identify and plan integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and retention.Sales Enablement:

Provide the sales team with the tools and training they need to effectively sell our products, including sales decks, product demos, and competitive battle cards.Collaboration:

Collaborate with Product Management to ensure customer feedback is integrated into the product development process and marketing strategies.Who you are:You prioritize building strong relationships and enjoy the journey.You’re kind, curious, and interested in other people’s perspectives.You enjoy solving hard problems and learning from others along the way.You’re inventive and excited about building something new.You’re passionate about positively impacting the future of our planet and humanity.What you’ll bring to the table:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience marketing in fintech, wealth management, or a related industry.Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing fintech software or financial products.Strong understanding of sustainable investing and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for storytelling.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.Strong project management and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships across functions.About Ethic:Ethic is working toward a future where all investing is sustainable investing.
