What You'll Do

Demonstrate understanding of the most forward-thinking consumers and brands globally and how to connect them to the Crocs brand.Support the design and execution of Jibbitz charms.Partner closely with our Category Management team to leverage data and trend insights to ensure we’re creating the right product to drive heat while delivering against financial targets and business needs.Work closely with product development to ensure our product is delivered on time and meets our highly critical execution standards.Sweat the small stuff, be maniacally detailed and knowledgeable about all aspects of the personalization business.Consistently educate yourself in the latest design tools, 3D, and innovations.Self-motivated and proactively pitch new ways of thinking and explore the unknown using fresh and unique approaches to design problems.Facilitate the transition of styles from design concept, cultural moments, and regional appeal to production-ready sample.Collaborate and develop close working relationships with design, product development, CMID/Sourcing, FIL/Factories to innovate, develop materials and designs that look forward seasonally.Track workflow and workload for own product and ensure product areas are maintained.Deliver to both seasonal and speed to market (monthly) calendar deadlines.Prepare technical packs.What You'll Bring to the Table

A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience.1+ years of experience in graphic design, industrial design, jewelry, accessories, or footwear.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, amplify key footwear trends and silhouettes, accessories, and expand on current trends and consumer insights.Effective communication and presentation skills required.Ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner.Strong attention to detail, initiative, organizational, and time management skills required.Strong 2D & 3D computer skills; proficiency in Rhino, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
