The Growth Strategy team is looking for a business-minded professional to drive a synthesized consumer-facing strategy across mid and lower funnel marketing channels. This role will consolidate key marketing messages across communication channels to incite interest among prospects and drive conversion through the funnel while ensuring the messaging strategy feels cohesive. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of how mid and low funnel marketing activities drive business goals like traffic and conversion. Key to success in this role is experience in building and maintaining processes, a clear understanding of how marketing channels bring their strategies to life and an ability to synthesize multi-channel marketing plans to meet business goals.Responsibilities:Drive the strategy & execution of quarterly marketing business briefings for CF & App across mid- and low-funnel marketing channels.Gather inputs from XFN teams (Consumer Strategy & Insights, Product Marketing, Growth Strategy, International) to develop consumer-facing messages on a recurring, time-bound basis.Partner with marketing channels (Lead Acquisition & Nurture, Member Strategy & Engagement, Digital Media, Retail & Ecommerce) to present the marketing brief and assist in translating the brief to channel-specific strategies.Forge connection points between the upper funnel strategy (Demand creation) and mid- and lower-funnel strategy (Demand Capture), ensuring a cohesive through-line from a consumer perspective.Own and maintain the Education & Capture calendar, ensuring marketing leads across channels are aware of all demand-driving initiatives; partner with demand creation teams to ensure connectivity across creation & capture activities where relevant.Lead the performance recap process for demand capture channels, synthesizing key performance learnings across channels to optimize future plans.Very cross functional on this team and marketing org.Meet weekly within the own team (one on one touch bases multiple times a week).Briefing three-month periods at a time. In briefing mode for Nov- Jan and will simultaneously be kicking off Feb-April. Multiple briefs happening, forecasting, and looking ahead.Working with Marketing Analytics, the creative teams, etc.Qualifications:6+ years marketing experience preferably on global brands with experience across marketing channels such as: paid media, lifecycle, web and retail.Proficiency in building and maintaining complex cross-functional processes.Experience working in a global organization and building global strategies.Experience with working on integrated planning across all parts of the purchase funnel.Excellent analytical, data-driven strategy and project management skills.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.Basic fluency in Word, Excel, G-Suite (Sheets, Gmail, etc.).Looker and Amplitude for metrics and being able to work with numbers and analyze reporting. (Will partner with Marketing Analytics but should have general knowledge of how to analyze these reports).This person needs to be confident and put themselves out there to connect and relate to a lot of teams. Need someone who is going to advocate for why these processes and the energy matters.Duration:
