Writer is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Marketing to assist in leading our product marketing initiatives. This strategic role involves driving the positioning, messaging, and overall go-to-market strategy for our products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in crafting compelling narratives around products and leading successful product launches.Your responsibilitiesDevelop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and adoptionAssist the product marketing team in the planning and execution of product launches, campaigns, and other market penetration strategiesCollaborate with the product management team to align on product development and roadmap based on market and customer insightsDefine and communicate the value propositions of the products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling processConduct market research to identify trends and customer needs to inform product strategiesAnalyze market data to develop marketing strategies, understand competitive landscape, and identify opportunities for growthManage cross-functional implementation of product marketing plans, working closely with teams across the company, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer serviceMeasure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives to drive continuous improvementFoster a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievementIs this you?Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred8+ years of experience in product marketing or related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleProven experience in market analysis, marketing strategy, and product managementStrong understanding of the product lifecycle and marketing strategies from concept to launchExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teamsStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to inform product strategies and decisionsExperience in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketingCreative thinker with a visionAttention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications:Experience in the technology or software industryProven success in launching products and growing market shareFamiliarity with CRM and marketing automation toolsBenefits & perksGenerous PTO, plus company holidaysMedical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your familyPaid parental leave for all parents (12 weeks)Fertility and family planning supportEarly-detection cancer testing through GalleriFlexible spending account and dependent FSA optionsHealth savings account for eligible plans with company contributionAnnual work-life stipends for:
