The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025 through June 2025.What You Will Do

You will be responsible for building, shaping, and implementing coordinated communication plans, evaluating campaign creative, watching, and analyzing business performance and becoming an employee of a dynamic global marketing team. If selected for this role, you will report to the Senior Global Marketing Strategy Manager.Collaborate on the development of marketing strategies and go-to-market plans sought at achieving our business objectivesAssist in crafting comprehensive communication plans across the team to ensure effective messaging and coordinationEvaluate campaign creative and track approvals and status updates with external agenciesDive into the analysis of business performance, helping uncover insights for informed recommendations and decision makingWatch program and product budgets to ensure financial objectives are metCollaborate with teams to deliver assets, campaign pitch kits, toolkits and content while adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring updates are maintainedProvide insights into Gen Z trends and their ways of thinking, adding a generational perspectiveActively contribute to discussions and initiatives, as an engaged and proactive team memberBe responsible for overall project management and assist with ad hoc requests from the teamRequired Qualifications & Skills

Skilled at developing strategic feedback, business proposals and marketing communication plansProven experience in strategic development and project managementProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Keynote and presentation deliveryKnowledge of marketing industry trends and innovationsCreative-minded with the ability to encourage individuals and teamsCuriosity about global consumer products marketing activationEducation

Be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university within the past six (6) months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional InternshipCurrently enrolled as a senior or recently graduated within the past six months, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related fieldCandidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirementsBe at least 18 years of agePossess unrestricted work authorizationHave not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or programAdditional Information
