We’ll help you develop a professional roadmap that takes your career to new heights.Who you’ll be working withCodal is seeking a highly motivated Associate Director, Growth Marketing to drive brand awareness and lead generation through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing multi-channel lead acquisition campaigns, managing content, coordinating events, analyzing data, and collaborating with sales teams.You will operate in a fast-paced, agile environment on a small but impactful marketing team, reporting directly into the Director of Marketing. In this hands-on role, you'll run end-to-end marketing campaigns, generate leads through digital marketing, drive mindshare through our Codal website, conduct market research and actively engage with the leadership team to optimize the performance of our marketing strategies.What you’ll be doingLead Generation & Acquisition: Develop, execute, maintain and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and increase brand visibility. Leverage various platforms such as email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.Content Management: Oversee the development, curation, and distribution of high-quality content across all marketing channels. Ensure content fully aligns with the overall marketing strategy and captivates our target audience effectively.Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute industry events, webinars, and trade shows. Ensure seamless integration of these events into the overall marketing strategy to maximize lead generation and brand exposure. Work directly with our Brand Marketing Manager to execute all creative needs.Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, SEMRush to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.Account-Based Marketing/Experience (ABM/ABX): Create, strategize and implement ABM/ABX campaigns to target high-value accounts. Work closely with the sales team to manage all campaigns to ensure that they address the specific needs of these accounts.Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies by leveraging data within Hubspot and Salesforce. Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are properly qualified and nurtured through the sales funnel.
