We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator, with a strong writing skill set to support our Pacific Northwest operations with key marketing and proposal efforts. This position can be filled in either our Boise, ID or Portland, OR office.Responsibilities:
Initiate, write and maintain proposal materials supporting our Pacific Northwest operations.Develop and integrate key messages and win themes into submittals.Build collaborative relationships with Project Management staff to facilitate team synergy, creativity and effectiveness.Develop and edit presentation materials for team interviews.Support promotions activities and miscellaneous administrative tasks.Help maintain company information, materials and associated CRM.You will work with leadership that not only nurtures, but also encourages an entrepreneurial spirit.Skills and Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related field is required.Minimum 2+ years of related experience, prior A/E/C experience desirable.Demonstrated ability to write and communicate in a clear and compelling manner, with a strong command of English grammar and editing, as well as attention to detail.Reliable, a critical thinker, well-organized, and passionate about their contribution to the team. Proficiency with InDesign and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
