About The Team:

As the VP, Marketing and Medical Education, you will serve as the strategic leader for the Downstream Marketing, Medical Education, and Sales Training functions. You will steer our commercial strategy, foster innovation, and drive profitable growth for our pioneering robotic imaging and biopsy technology. A Day In The Life Of Our VP, Marketing and Medical Education

:Team Leadership and Culture Building:Provide strategic direction and mentorship to three critical functions in the commercial organization - Downstream Marketing, Medical Education and Sales TrainingEmpower the people and teams reporting to you to achieve ambitious goals and drive innovation.Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability, fostering an environment where team members feel valued, inspired, and motivated.Lead by example, embodying our values of integrity, innovation, and customer-centricity in every aspect of your leadership.Manage and Drive Marketing Efforts Throughout the Product Acquisition JourneyDevelop marketing efforts for each step of the customer acquisition processChampion a customer-centric mindset within the team, ensuring that every initiative is aligned with the evolving needs and preferences of our target audience.Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in the customer experience.Shape and execute company and product brand strategies that elevate awareness, differentiation, and advocacy for our robotic imaging and biopsy technology.Develop and implement comprehensive commercial and go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.Collaborate closely with sales, product, and clinical teams to align commercial strategies with business objectives and customer needs.Lead digital marketing, social media, and PR initiatives, leveraging your expertise to amplify our brand message and engage with target audiences through a clinical and research teams to identify opportunities for publication and presentation at industry conferences and symposia.Manage relationships with marketing agencies, vendors, and external partners, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and standards of excellence.Bring Trade Shows, Physician Meetings Other Marketing Events to a the Highest Level of Impact:Develop and execute event strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.Leverage your strategic perspective to identify high-impact opportunities for participation and sponsorship, aligning events with business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling experiences that resonate with customers and stakeholders.Ensure Our Medical Education Programs are Excellent and Confidence BuildingDevelop and deliver the Medical Education strategy and all aspects of a comprehensive schedule of Medical Education events according to the annual plan, including training labs, webinars, didactic presentations, trade shows, and other eventsDrive integrated medical education planning across the organization and ensure effective communication with cross-functional teams.Engage with surgeons and faculty to capture the voice of customer insights that support the development of needs-based educational programsOversee development and execution of faculty engagement strategies.Collaborate and establish the key relationships with Healthcare Professionals to develop goals, agendas, and strategies for medical education and training programs.Oversee the site selection, HCP faculty selection/engagement process, and planning for Medical Education events.Drive continuous optimization and improvement of Medical Education programs, content and tools.Define surgeon education effectiveness parameters and develop a reporting mechanism to keep executive leaders informed of overall effectiveness and enhancementsEnsure the evaluation, selection, and onboarding of faculty surgeons is in line with the company's compliance programEvaluate new modalities for continuing medical education, staying at the forefront of technology and experiences to optimize effectiveness and engagementManage multiple education training centersScale training centers, programs and personnel to support increasing demand for medical educationLead the sales training functionEnsure initial sales training hires receive full training on our products, and are prepared to provide appropriate support to our customersDevelop thorough training programs for both capital and clinical sales representatives, which include both thorough product training and development of advanced selling skills.Design course curriculums that focus on driving actionable behavior and outcomes aligned to business priorities. Identify development needs & timeline accordingly.Oversee design and execution of both initial and advanced training.Learning System Administration - Oversee use and utilization of eLMS system, to ensure prompt and timely training modules are made available to the field sales force.Continually refine the sales process, including steps from initial lead to closeProvide training and support for field personnel in executive sellingAbout You:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's degree preferred.12+ years of progressive experience in downstream marketing and education roles within the medical device industry, with a proven track record of driving profitable growth and strategic innovation.Experience in more than one function of a commercial medical device organization. Typical functions in your background may include marketing, product management, medical education, sales, sales training, and/or field marketing.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals and drive organizational change.Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable strategies that deliver results.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.Willingness to travel 30-40% as needed to support strategic initiatives, customer engagements, and industry events.Workplace Type:

Pay Transparency

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location of the posted role. Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed based on candidate experience level and/or specialized skills. Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position's total compensation package.

California Pay Range

$250,900-$313,600 USD

Noah Medical may offer remote, hybrid, or onsite work arrangements within the state of California depending on the specific team and/or role where applicable.
