Account and campaign managementManage the Putts & Pins brand, including messaging, design, and communicationManage the execution of established processes, policies, and proceduresContribute best practices and innovative ideas to the Management Team, Corporate Advisors, and StakeholdersPlan and coordinate yearly revenue programs and related communication campaigns in conjunction with RealFood Team and GMDevelop and maintain marketing communication plans, job lists, and calendarsCommunicate with Design Team, Owners, and GMs via job management system, email, and phoneResearch new methods/opportunities and analyze and review data to create and improve marketing communication to customers and clientsIntroduce new marketing and campaign initiatives to the GM and provide guidance where neededPresent campaign ideas and budget to the RealFood Team, GM and OwnersMeet with the GM, RealFood Team, and Owners to prioritize jobs and to receive direction and feedback on workMeet and liaise with GM and RealFood Team to discuss and identify revenue program and communication campaign details and elements to assist in the production of marketing materials including, but not limited to: broadcast email, website content, social media, advertising, collateral materials, signage, and direct mailWork with the on creative requirements to develop and produce campaigns that meet the property's needs and budgetsEnsure promotional materials are final and submitted to appropriate vendor (publication, printer, etc.) by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receiptDevelop and write reports and reviews and assisting in the development of marketing plansDevelop and implement programs and activities that increase and retain events in the Venue, including, but not limited to, SEO, SEM, social media, radio, television, telephone sales campaigns, direct marketing campaigns, networking events, open house events, and the like.Create all branded print and media collateral including menus, sales brochures, venue signage, and any other materials required by the Venue.Undertake administrative tasks as they relate to execution of programs and strategies, including, but not limited to invoice approval, tracking shipments, report writing, vendor follow up, etc.Arrange and attending both regularly planned and impromptu meetings with RealFood Team, GM, and StakeholdersMonitor the effectiveness (ROI) and success of programs and campaigns, presenting these results, and assisting with updating results within the appropriate spreadsheetsProvide constructive feedback to the GM, RealFood Team, and StakeholdersEducation and Experience Requirements

2 years' work experience in marketing, advertising, communication, or related area3 years' experience in restaurant operationsA four-year degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related area is preferredExperience in developing and implementing high-quality, successful advertising campaignsAbility to build broadcast email update website content using content management systemProficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook; and internet technologies.Knowledge of Toast, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Business, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Spothopper, and Adobe is useful.Commercial awareness of and ability to learn the industryAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExcellent analytical and numerical skillsAble to work independently; focus on attention to detail and follow established style guidelinesIs organized, customer-focused, reliable, and creativePossess excellent writing, proofreading, and interpersonal and verbal communication skillsProactive and coachable in all aspects of the positionEducation/Experience:

Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferredMinimum two-years' previous experience in event sales in a food and beverage establishmentPrevious operations experience in the food and beverage industry, including FOH, BOH, or catering experienceKnowledge of Toast POS system a plusPhysical Demands:

Frequently sits, talks, hears; uses hands. Regularly walks and stands. Occasionally reaches with hands and arms, stoops, kneels, crawls and crouches. Occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds.
