You will manage and lead media evolution, identifying opportunities across multidisciplinary teams to drive successful solutions. Networking with internal and external partners will be key, as you pursue new opportunities across traditional and digital realms.Essential Functions:Define, manage, and execute in-depth media strategy.Build strong client relationships while up-selling and cross-selling to grow business.Identify high-impact opportunities for developing breakthrough customer insights.Stay informed on current and global media industry issues, trends, and opportunities.Determine how consumer insights can enhance paid media campaigns.Collaborate with insight, planning, and marketing science teams to translate customer insights into media campaigns.Guide strategies that influence creative production.Recommend appropriate media channels for effective time spans.Manage third-party vendors and evaluate new opportunities.Build and maintain relationships in the online marketing, media, and social community.Advise clients on the latest trends in interactive media.Participate in new project development and business efforts as required by the agency.Required Education and Experience:4-6 years of media planning and buying, social media, and search experience.2+ years in a supervisory role, leading junior media team members.Strategic thinking skills to provide inventive, measurable solutions for client challenges.Hands-on implementation and results measurement experience.Ability to work effectively across functional groups and geographic offices.Independent personality with minimal supervision capability.Understanding of media principles, including features-benefits-solutions selling through search, digital media, and emerging channels.Operational experience with Strata, Salesforce, Hubspot, Datorama, MRI-Simons, Scarborough, Monday, or comparable programs.
