In this role you will create high-impact pieces that capture attention, drive conversions, generate response and move supporters along a journey. The ideal candidate has experience in complex marketing testing, versioning, variable data, and direct response appeals.We’re seeking a high capacity designer with exceptional attention to detail — an expert in creative design solutions, layout, and file setup for complex print production packages and digital deliverables. You’ll work collaboratively with a team of marketing leads, writers, editors, and other designers to bring projects from ideation to execution.What will you do?

Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Abide by all behavioral expectations in Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct. Report any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion’s internal reporting process and appropriately support responses to incidents if they occur.Uphold and engage in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors.Utilize graphic design and direct response marketing expertise across a variety of platforms to deliver concepts and solutions for specified strategies, advancing each project from concept to execution.Propose creative solutions in response to marketing strategies and fundraising goals expressed by the Supporter Experience Marketing teams.Output creative results to be reviewed by stakeholders.Work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement feedback and arrive at data-driven solutions.File management including uploading, archiving, creating production-ready files, and other media delivery processes as needed.Partner with marketing team specialists and various internal production teams to ideate and deliver effective creative solutions.Execute with accuracy on multiple complex projects at once maintaining a high level of quality and detail while conforming to professional standards.Correctly handle A/B testing, multiple versions, audience groups, variable data and form fields.Produce results-oriented, effective, brand-building solutions that support and strengthen Compassion’s communication, mission, and marketing strategy, specifically for our Supporter Experience Marketing teams.Work creatively within the brand standards to maintain the integrity, distinction, and consistency of the Compassion brand by adhering to the organization’s brand standards and guidelines.What do you bring?

Bachelor’s Degree in a related fieldTen years of proven design and layout experiencePrior experience in direct marketing and direct response marketingKnowledge of versioning, testing, and audience splitsExpert level layout and technical skill with Adobe InDesignAdobe Creative Suite ProficiencyExperience with Adobe InCopy and Miro is a plusWhy work here?
