Apply now for consideration!Contract: 12 monthsLocation: Santa Monica, CAPay Range: 35-40/hr depending on experienceResponsibilities:Optimize existing and create new catalogue & frontline playlists; implement strategies to achieve/exceed growth, engagement, retention goalsDirect and co-manage international Always On centralized ad campaigns, closely aligned with Media planners and buyersExecute detailed, individual and multi-market programmatic analysis to understand and educate on the complexities of playlist behaviors across all consumer types, territories and global streaming partnersUse consumer insights and analytics to inform effective playlisting initiatives, marketing & commercial decisionsManage multi-territory streaming campaigns, working seamlessly with key stakeholders, manage budgets and advise on on-going best practicesExecute priority playlist performance reports on scheduled basisThink beyond traditional SEO (although important) to act creatively, take appropriate risks, and understand how each component in the business fits into growthWork with internal and external creative agencies to manage & allocate budgets and ad inventory to maximize effective playlisting opportunitiesWork with and complement Music Strategies + Tactics, Global Commercial Partnerships & Consumer Marketing effortsWork with Commercial Technologies to best utilize existing playlist optimization tools and be a proactive voice for creation of new toolsAnalyze & share the effects of playlisting and marketing initiatives while responding quickly to changes requiredWork with digital account leads to maximize opportunities across business partners, including, but not limited to ad inventory procurementRecommend & integrate strategies to grow playlist engagement & market shareLearn & share best practices across all appropriate teamsRequirements:Bachelors Degree Preferred2-3 years of applicable experience in playlist optimization, analyzing data and executing playlist and streaming growth and user engagement/retention experimentsStrong experience with social media and affiliate marketing & brand buildingRussell Tobin / Pride Global offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.
