**Administrative / Marketing Assistant***Company* : Market-Leading Commercial Real Estate Firm*Benefits* : Highly competitive, including generous Paid Time Off and Holidays, Medical & Dental Insurance, 401K, and more*Position Opening* : Due to an internal promotion**Position Overview**Pivotal team member supporting the diverse marketing needs of a team of commercial real estate agents, creating marketing materials consistent with corporate branding to support property marketing campaigns.**Key Responsibilities**Create proposals, valuations, and client presentations at the start of the sales cycleDevelop and maintain property-specific marketing collateral, including property flyers, floorplan flyers, eblasts, Offering Memoranda, Executive Summaries, and postcardsPrepare images and attachments for marketing materials, including photos, custom maps, and aerial photographsPublish new property listings to the website and update existing listings as neededPrepare email broadcasts through the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors' Exchange Mail system and manage the ongoing schedule of email campaignsCollaborate with sales support teammates to maximize internal efficienciesPrepare market overviews, including maps, statistics, and submarket narratives, through research from sources like the Atlanta Regional Commission and local municipalitiesCompile demographic reports and package them with supporting information as neededUpdate the Dealius database with newly-prepared marketing materialsConduct research and compile information from various resources, interpreting results for agents and clients (e.g., CoStar, SiteReports, RealQuest, County, and State Authorities)**Ideal Candidate Qualifications**Bachelors Degree PreferredMarketing background with expertise in layout and print designProficiency in managing a wide variety of sales support and marketing projectsAbility to thrive in an office environment, collaborating with a diverse sales teamA proactive, creative approach to adding value in a small-business cultureExperience working synergistically with agents and coworkers to advance marketing initiatives
