Monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize performance.Reporting & Marketing Trackers:

Develop and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rates, CAC, and CLV. Provide comprehensive visibility on marketing success.A/B Testing:

Collaborate with engineering and web development teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data through event tracking systems.REQUIREMENTS:3+ years of experience in data analysis, focusing on marketing analytics.Proficiency in

SQL

(BigQuery experience is a plus).Advanced skills in

spreadsheets

(Excel, Google Sheets).Experience with data visualization tools like

Power BI

or

Tableau .Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like

Hyros ,

Triple Whale ,

Google Tag Manager , and

Google Analytics .Deep understanding of sales funnels, direct response marketing, and paid advertising on platforms like Meta, YouTube, and Google Search.Experience with attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch).Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical teams.Experience leading A/B and multivariate testing.Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Salary:
