You deliver great client service by asking better questions and anticipating needs. Working across multiple paid media clients and industry verticals gives you energy. You own the organization of communication both with clients and within the internal team.Your job is to make sure the output of our work is useful for your paid media clients. You accomplish this by defining the specific tasks, timelines, and individuals responsible for reaching larger engagement milestones. You utilize data, visualization, and storytelling to help connect the dots between campaign performance and client goals. You understand that context is key.Within your client teams, your expertise sharpens their expertise - mentoring how to execute at a high level. You are able to recognize and communicate cross-discipline opportunities, delivering the strongest outcome possible for your clients. You will have opportunities to support the development of your colleagues and to further develop and specialize your own skill set.WHAT YOU'LL DODrive measurable results for your clients’ paid media campaigns. You know what buttons to push and which levers to pull to ensure your execution supports the overall strategy.Surface actionable campaign insights by combining your understanding of the client and their business goals, the overall strategy being executed, and your exploration of data in analytics platforms, various publishers, and third-party tools.Keep paid media accounts running smoothly with your stellar organization skills. Utilizing tools like Trello, Slack, and Box, you’re able to capture the essential elements of campaign strategy and translate those elements into clear next steps for the internal client team.Ensure campaign delivery is on track by managing the flow of day-to-day communication, interpreting what the client needs, and executing the production work to meet these expectations at a high level.Solve problems for your clients by identifying the best media platforms for their investment and developing campaign measurement strategies. Translate campaign results back into PowerPoint decks, compelling charts, and filtered data sets to demonstrate the impact of the work back to your clients.Model our core values by helping team members get unstuck, sharing what you know, and supporting our internal training initiatives to build a baseline of expertise across our core disciplines.Present results to clients over email, on phone calls, and in in-person meetings. Inform internal and client audiences on the results of the strategies you help craft and execute. Become a trusted voice in these meetings.Build experience toward a more strategic, team-focused role.$28.85 - $44.23 an hour Instead of “annual salary”, we pay employees by the hour. Paying you an hourly wage means that for non-exempt roles, like this one, when the occasional but inevitable big week occurs and you find yourself with a workload north of 40 hours, you earn overtime for each hour worked over 40 (1.5x your hourly rate).
