Associate Engineer
to be part of our
Thin Film Process (CVD)
department diverse team of talent.
What you will be working on:
Support the running of production in the modules and ensure that process integrity for machines is in place for production
Assist Engineers in the fine-tuning of processes for production
Assist in troubleshooting process-related issues and minimize the time lots are on hold
Monitor qualified process using SPC and other statistical tools
Assist in implementing process improvement projects
Assist new Technicians/Assistants on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddy
Participate in QIT programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module
Create job-files for metrology tools for production set-up, and housekeeping of files
Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment, and other properties belonging to the Module
More About You:
NITEC / ITC / NTC
in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical / Microelectronics or a related field of study
Willing to work on shift
