This role will be responsible for BOM creation, planograming, product fitment along with maintaining a library of approved materials, while collaborating and prioritizing with the internal team and customer. Essential Job Functions The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some of these duties; however, it is not an exclusive or all- inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.Collaborate closely with the team and customer to analyze and clarify request specificsWrite specifications and setup material Bill of Materials per the evolving spec writing standards developed through collaboration with our customerExecute and communicate fitment requests in close collaboration with our customer, offering multiple logical and efficient optionsDevelop a deep understanding of our toolbox and actively apply the knowledge to drive solutions, sales, and build our reputation with customersSupport overall customer and team initiativesReceive and respond to customer inquiries and process appropriate actionsPrepares and reviews required business reportsSupports continuous improvement initiativesDesign, implement, and execute business processes and associated applications to meet customer needsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED is required2 years of relevant experienceBasic experience desired in SAP and Microsoft ExcelKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesKnowledge of the major responsibilities, accountabilities, and organization of the customer service and sales functionBasic supply chain and distribution center knowledgeDetail orientedAbility to multi-task in a fast paced, customer facing, environmentAbility to check all technical material for consistency and accuracyPhysical Requirements & Work EnvironmentPrimarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse settingPosition may be based at Menasha Packaging site#LI-HM1#MPCTwo companies, one vision.Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
