If you are passionate about making an impact and have a proven track record in business development and performance marketing, we want to hear from you!What You'll Do:Create demand for products and services by highlighting the company’s compelling performance marketing solutions, including digital, broadcast streaming, and podcasting.Achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account and managing prospects, focusing on performance marketing outcomes.Have a deep understanding of all types of media vehicles and how they work together, company products/services, the market, and the needs/challenges of all assigned accounts, with an emphasis on performance marketing.Develop new partnership relationships through networking, research, and capabilities presentations to new partner brands, showcasing our performance marketing strengths.Implement and oversee campaign measurement and optimization strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI, with a focus on performance marketing metrics.Analyze performance data and provide insights to improve future campaigns, emphasizing performance marketing results.Manage all aspects of client partnerships, both internally and externally, for each assigned enterprise partner, emphasizing iHeart Media's role as a steadfast performance marketing partner.Collaborate with internal teams to create world-class presentations for new and existing pursuits, showcasing our performance marketing capabilities.Oversee and manage the sales and fulfillment process for every campaign, including digital, broadcast streaming, and podcasting, ensuring top-tier performance marketing results.Work collaboratively with both internal and external partners to deliver all elements of every client campaign, focusing on performance marketing outcomes.Maintain a deep understanding of all owned and partner assets, with a strong emphasis on digital and audio performance marketing channels.Identify and solicit new enterprise partners, particularly top media spenders, and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners, highlighting our performance marketing strengths.Continuously explore new trends in marketing, especially audio performance marketing, to enhance campaign proposals and effectiveness.Develop and implement measurement and optimization strategies to ensure campaign effectiveness and ROI, with a focus on performance marketing metrics.Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, emphasizing performance marketing results.Utilize advanced analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns, ensuring performance marketing excellence.Provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives, with a focus on performance marketing.Some travel is required, including overnight stays when needed.Must drive own vehicle with a valid driver’s license and state-mandated auto insurance.What You'll Need:Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and social networking platforms.Strong understanding of marketing terminology and market delivery analysis, with a focus on digital and audio performance marketing.Ability to plan, organize, set priorities, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strategic-minded hunter, consensus builder, and high-command individual who excels in complex project-based business.Persuasive communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation.Independent, self-motivated, competitive, and assertive.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Stress tolerance, especially with tight deadlines and financial pressures.Flexibility and creativity.Professional appearance.5+ years working for or with top media spenders and advertising agencies, with experience in digital and audio performance marketing.Compensation:Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
