Our client is searching for a Senior Technical Writer who will work with subject-matter experts, project managers, technical writers, and customer liaisons to plan, develop, write, and edit the following: technical documentation, presentations, animations, web graphics, customer-facing videos, and internal communications.

They will conduct interviews and demonstrations to gather required information or procedures and utilize the defined department review process to produce and maintain high-quality, accurate documents/multimedia for customers following the Technical Documentation Style Guides.This individual will interact with business and technical teams across SG, as well as directly with customers. This position requires up to 25% travel.Skills and Requirements:Technical WritingMS Office productsDesktop publishing applications in a software development environmentDesktop photo/graphic design applicationsExperience with end user guides, help systems, quick reference cards, reference manuals, and functional specifications.
