Personal and professional growth is encouraged as well as expected at Frame Architecture Inc. and we are looking for a critical design thinker to join our team.Qualifications:Must be licensed in the State of Nevada or able to obtain licensure through reciprocity.Degree in Interior Design from an accredited institution.Minimum 5 years experience as an Interior Designer or Interior Architect for commercial spaces ideally in a variety of locations and styles.Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office; AutoCAD, or Sketchup.Proficient in rendering software such as Lumion.Strong knowledge of space planning, color theory, and materials selection.Detail-oriented with adept oral, written, and graphic communication skills.Experience with working with procurement best practices, building codes, and regulations.Ability to work closely with and lead other team members to create a successful project.Strong time management skills.Motivated to seek direction as needed and to take initiative.NCIDQ or ASID Certified, LEED Accreditation are a plus.Responsibilities:This role will focus on the selection, design, and procurement of architectural all interiors fixtures, finishes, and furnishings. The Designer will likely work on multiple projects simultaneously and provide support to the architectural staff.Produce and track client proposals.Develop interior drawings, budgets, price selections, and custom furnishings.Meet directly with clients to discuss their needs, vision, and provide recommendations.Conduct project feasibility studies and visioning workshops.Create and present design concept drawings, mood boards, color schemes, and layouts to illustrate design intent for the client and for coordination with the architectural team.Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and present accurate estimates to clients.Oversee installation of design elements.Produce conceptual plans that can be transferred to project managers and production personnel to complete permit submittals.Assist in the development and maintenance of the material samples library.Search for and procure new projects.Incentives:Growth initiatives, ability to rise into a leadership role while aligning individual career aspirations, becoming an integral part of the organization's future success and growth trajectory.Independence.Participation in our Community-Based Culture.Foster Skill Development and Mentorship Opportunities to increase staff experience.Benefits:100% Paid Employee Health and Dental insurance.Paid time off plus 8 Paid Holidays per year.Retirement plan with 3% salary matching after one year of continuous employment.Flexible Monday-Friday schedule.A really cool spot in our brand new office building surrounded by other creative individuals.
