The

Banquet Director

will oversee all banquet event operations, ensuring superior guest service, optimal performance, and maximum profitability. The successful candidate will maintain high standards of quality, service, and operations in alignment with brand guidelines. Additionally, the role requires adherence to all relevant health, safety, and compliance regulations.Key Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day operations of the banquet department, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of all functions.Communicate objectives clearly to the team, schedule and assign work, and enforce policies and procedures.Manage staffing decisions including hiring, training, and taking disciplinary actions as necessary in accordance with company policies.Ensure banquet setups and service delivery meet guest expectations as per Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). Inspect function rooms, table and bar setups, and ensure everything is in line with guest specifications.Conduct pre-function meetings with staff to review pertinent details of each event, including coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery and menu accuracy.Ensure all audio-visual (AV) and technical needs are coordinated properly with internal or external providers.Personally greet guests upon arrival at events, respond to guest inquiries and complaints, and ensure prompt service recovery actions for a seamless experience.Maintain inventory control, safeguarding banquet equipment and supplies, while implementing measures to minimize waste and loss.Ensure financial compliance, such as securing signed guest checks and reviewing final bills with clients.BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being and professional development, including:Health Care Plan
