You're a storyteller.

At its core, marketing is all about telling the right story for the right audience at the right time. You love crafting communications that vary by platform and audience. If you are not comfortable copywriting, taking photos for social, or doing simple design in Canva, this isn't the role for you.

You're organized and appreciate a good color code system . This job is similar to working at an ad agency as you will have multiple clients/properties to manage. You must be organized, have great attention to detail, and strong follow-thru. You are self-motivated and proactive. If you need someone to micromanage your daily tasks, this isn't a fit for you.

You're a team player and know how to be scrappy.

In the hospitality industry, we have a service-first mindset, which extends to everyone we work with. We all do what it takes to support our shared goals. You are flexible and willing to lead or support any new or unfamiliar tasks. If you are not open to learning new skills or taking on other tasks, this position is not for you.

You are creative and like trying new things.

You are curious about culture and stay on top of and ahead of the trends to get new ideas. Our team creates an environment that allows us to be creative by understanding that it's ok to fail fast if we can learn faster. If you don't like ideating, then you won't be able to succeed here.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience Experience with Canva, social media management platforms (Falcon, Sprout, Hootsuite, etc), WordPress, email platform (i.e. Mailchimp), Google Ads, Google Analytics, is a plus
